Welcome to registration for Fall Feast 2017!
There are so many ways in which you can lend a hand to Cincinnati’s largest Thanksgiving celebration. Fall Feast would not be possible without dedicated volunteers who are willing to serve.
First Question: Are you 18?
Although we'd love everyone be able to join, unfortunately, you must be at least 18 to volunteer for our events as an individual.
If you are interested in volunteering with family members under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult and can only participate in the Share A Meal area.
The Day of the Event
When you arrive on Thanksgiving Day, our team leads will put you in specific positions based on the area you sign up in. Please look at all of the areas and see where your strengths would be best at use and where you would be most comfortable.
IMPORTANT: Please do not sign up if you are unable to stay the whole shift. The event ends and clean up begins at 2 p.m. You are more than welcome to pitch in for clean up after the event. It takes an army to set-up and just the same to tear down.
Personal Belongings at the Event
For any type of volunteering for Fall Feast we ask that you leave all personal belongings at home. That includes all coats, purses, and electronics. Fall Feast and Duke Energy Center will not be responsible for any lost items during pre-events and day of events.

The videos below will explain what needs to be done and how you can help.
Registration for 2017 is now open! There is no wait list. Once a team is full, it is full.
Volunteers are needed to help set up for the big event! You'll hang pipe & drape, set up tables and make sure the Duke Energy Center is in tip-top shape for our thousands of guests on Thanksgiving Day!
November 21th from 4pm - 9pm.
Share a Meal is probably the most unique volunteer opportunity at Fall Feast. The best gift you can give is your time and fellowship over a meal. Simply breaking bread with someone in need can be so meaningful for you and them.
These are the volunteers that join in the ballroom at the dinner table, get conversation going, and share life with our guests. You meet the most amazing, unique people at Fall Feast. This position calls for people that are talkers, love to share, and want to make this more than a dinner for guests.
SOCIAL AMBASSADORS - 2 SPOTS LEFT!!!
These are people who love to be social with new friends and are not afraid of striking up conversation with new faces. Have an upbeat and helping personality? We need you to join the social ambassador team. Your task could be anything from standing out greeting people that are in line to helping a person find a service that they are need of day of the event.
INSIDE THE BALLROOM - SOLD OUT!
Inside the ballroom is where a lot of the action happens. If you are a sociable person that wants to serve in the dining hall, consider one of the options below.
We are in need of hosts and hostesses to greet our guests and help them find seats for dinner. If you are interested in serving dinner, we are looking for friendly faces to work the serving line, beverage stations, and bus tables.
If serving food isn’t your style, but the kid’s table is, the Kid Zone is the place to be at Fall Feast. This is for those that are high energy and want to serve in a really special way. The kid’s zone will include games, face painting, and more fun activities.
OUTSIDE THE BALLROOM - SOLD OUT!
Fall Feast would not be possible without dedicated volunteers that are willing to serve. Serving outside the ballroom is for those that don’t want to be in the middle of the dinner, but want to help with the organization and running of stations like those below.
While Thanksgiving may seem like it is about the meal, Fall Feast does so much more. We need volunteers to help guide guests through registration, “Turkey Cuts” hair salon, coat shop, and healthcare area. These are not those giving the haircuts or checking guest’s health needs.
It takes a village to put on Fall Feast, and it takes a village to tear it down. We need some helpful hands in the kitchen to help us tear down at the end of the day. Shift runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
